While single individual sessions can be transformative, a consistent program builds on each session and provides the structure and foundation for growth that creates new depths of awareness and healing. I offer 3, 6, and 12 month packages that offer a comprehensive multi-dimensional approach to healing and personal discovery.
FOCUSING:
Focusing is a therapeutic deep listening practice that involves connecting deeply with your body's sensations and inner experiences, allowing you to be in a compassionate and non-judgmental relationship with all parts of yourself, even the challenging or conflicting ones, with the goal of achieving personal healing and growth through self-awareness and gentle exploration.

ENERGY HEALING:
Energy Healing: A restorative re-boot for your chakras and energy field includes clearing, unblocking, charging, restructuring and balancing of your energy anatomy as needed to return to your balanced self. $150 for 60 minutes or $225 for 90 minutes.
Optimize Healing focuses on physical issues, restoring energy flow to areas impacted by pain, injury, illness, past surgeries. These sessions can include structural energy work for physical issues, Brennan Healing Science techniques, and somatic inquiry. 90 minutes initial session $225
Emotional Stress Release Healing combines energy healing techniques with guided visualization and other modalities as needed as needed to address the stressors in your life. 90 minutes initial session $225
Alchemical Healing is a guided metaphysical journey combining energy work with somatic, shamanic and symbolic processes and guided visualization with a goal of supporting your connection with your inner wisdom for healing. $225 for 90 minutes.
Heart Connection Healing: a restorative session that addresses the quality of the relational energy (accumulated tension, friction, loss) between you and another. Includes specific relational cord work as well as individual energy work to restore balance and flow.

Note: These sessions both work well to deepen and accelerate work with your psychotherapist or executive coach. They're an excellent resource for those new to inner work as well as those farther along in their process and are a wonderful source for spiritual growth.
